The data is stored on the servers of our hosting provider, Cloudways. For technical support purposes, Cloudways employees may have access to data stored on our website. Cloudways is bound by a processing agreement with VCRShop to ensure this data is handled responsibly and securely.

All data transfers are protected by SSL encryption. We maintain regular backups of our data to prevent loss. These backups are encrypted and securely stored.

2. Web Hosting

We use Cloudways and Antagonist for web hosting. All data collected and processed by our website is stored on their servers. These providers may collect metadata about your visit, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and the pages you visit. This data is used for technical and security purposes only.

Both Cloudways and Antagonist are bound by secrecy obligations under their processing agreements with VCRShop. They will not share any data with third parties unless legally required to do so.

3. Email & Mailing Lists

We use Antagonist for our email services. All emails sent to and from our company are processed and stored on Antagonist's servers. Antagonist is bound by its processing agreement with VCRShop and will treat all data confidentially. They will not use your data for any purpose other than providing the email service.

4. Payment Processors

We use Mollie as our payment service provider. When you make a payment, Mollie collects the data necessary to process the transaction, including your name, address, and payment details. Mollie may share this data with third parties insofar as this is necessary for the execution of the payment. Mollie is bound by the regulations of the financial authorities and must comply with strict security requirements.

We also offer Klarna as a payment option. Klarna collects and processes personal data including your name, address, email address, and payment information. Klarna may perform credit checks and may share data with third parties to the extent necessary for providing the payment service. Klarna's processing of personal data is subject to Klarna's own privacy policy.

5. Reviews

We use the WebwinkelKeur platform for collecting and displaying customer reviews. When you place an order, your name and email address may be shared with WebwinkelKeur so that they can send you a review invitation after your purchase. Your review will be linked to your order. WebwinkelKeur processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy and their processing agreement with VCRShop.

6. Shipment & Logistics

We use PostNL for the shipment and delivery of orders. When you place an order, your name and address details are shared with PostNL so they can deliver your package. PostNL processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for the delivery of your order.

7. Invoicing & Accounting

We use Acumulus for our invoicing and accounting. Your name, address, and order details are shared with Acumulus for the purpose of generating invoices and maintaining our financial administration. Acumulus is bound by its processing agreement with VCRShop and will treat all data confidentially.

8. External Sales Channels

We also sell our products via eBay.nl and Bol.com. When you purchase through these platforms, your order and personal data (name, address, email) are shared between VCRShop and the respective platform as necessary for the processing and fulfillment of your order. Each platform processes your personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

9. What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on our website or have placed an order, you can request to receive an export of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obligated to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
